Really enjoyed our stay here!!! Got an unsolicited upgrade to a spacious tower room with kitchen - highly recommend that suite! Loved the bath products, spa, attentive staff, great food and drinks at the restaurant, pool bar, room service. Valets super friendly and provided cold bottled water every time when leaving. Super location near Old Town. Stayed one night longer than we planned, felt so at home. Highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat!
We came here for a work conference and I absolutely loved it! The rooms were well thought out with numerous places for 2-3 people to get ready at the same time. Each room has a patio with a comfy lounge chair that is a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the sound of a fountain. There are lemon trees throughout the property. The on-site restaurant Zuzu had gourmet and delicious food.
From the moment of pulling up the staff was top notch! Valet, check-in, guest services and house keeping proved to me that they deserve to be 5 diamond rated from my visit and stay with them. If you ever visit Scottsdale then you would truly enjoy your stay with them.
