Quiet little hotel. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but I was pleasantly surprised once in the room its a decent place. Quiet both nights that I stayed here. As far as Choice hotels go, Rodeway Inns are usually not great, but this little motel/hotel surprised me. I was looking for a nice quiet place and this hits that on the nail!Probably would not recommend a family stay here as there is a sex store next door and roaming homeless, but these are all things this hotel can't do anything about and the manager does a good job at keeping an eye on the property.As a top tier choice rewards member, I stay at a lot of choice properties and usually do not recommend...read full review
Make sure you lock whatever card you put on file if you stay here. I unintentionally ended my booking a day before I thought I did. So I was out and about and got a notice that the hotel attempted to charge my card $210 But it was blocked because my card was locked. I was confused and looked at my reservation, and realized I booked the wrong dates. But still confused why they tried to charge $210. When I came back to the hotel I decided that I did not want to pay the nightly fee again because the hotel is not worth that much money. This is probably one of the worst motels I have ever stayed at, in every regard. The man behind the counter in unfriendly and uncaring, the parking lot is shared by a 24/7 "Adult" shop that people are always in and out of, and the rooms are outright disgusting. I stayed in multiple including the 'nicest' suite they had to offer. All of them had stains included, and many of them lacked promised amenities. I never felt safe and was worried about my mom even being in the parking lot. Terrible.Rooms: Disgusting to be honest.
