I am from Ohio and have super thick, coarse hair. I have been getting thermal reconditioning treatments done for the better part of 25 years. When I moved to Arizona seven years ago, I could not find anyone in Scottsdale, who would touch my hair with the thermal reconditioning because of my highlights. I was looking for a more experienced colorist to help GUIDE me in my next steps to find a color that would be flattering, low maintenance, and not too harsh on my hair. I have been blonde, brunette, and most shades in between. I enjoyed balayage color for years and then transitioned to foil highlights as grays started coming through. Now that I’m 40, I have far more grays, changing hair texture, and a thinner scalp.

I had such a wonderful experience with Nassi! She took her time to understand exactly what I wanted and made my hair look absolutely beautiful. I left feeling confident and so happy with the results. The salon was clean, welcoming, and she was so kind and professional. I highly recommend her, & will definitely be coming back!
