Look no further! I am a 43 year old woman who has been in chronic pain for 30 years. I've had the MRI's, the CT's the XRays, paid all the money to never have an answer. Dr. Overdorf knew what was going on with my pain in my first visit. I've had 3 or 4 visits now and I mean it when I tell you I feel better than I have in 3 decades, I'm not kidding!! In and out- no messing around- just treatment and healing. I am beyond grateful! Also, the staff is so friendly, the nurses and very caring and personable. Dr. Overdorf spends quality time with each patient and makes you feel heard, understood and does all he can to help.

It was my first time receiving procedures, and I was absolutely satisfied with the staff and Dr. Overdorf. They were friendly and efficient, and Dr. Overdorf was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. Michelle, the nurse, is phenomenal she took care of me like I was family!

I was hesitant at first when I saw other reviews but those are clearly outdated because I couldn't have had a better experience. I've had knee pain for years but Dr. Overdorf finally helped me figure out why the pain has persisted and how we can fix it. If anyone is looking for solutions to their knee pain as well, I highly recommend them!

Dr. Paul Overdorf and all the staff at IPW/Scottsdale are so kind and caring!! I cannot express the heartfelt gratitude I feel for the quality of care I have received!! Dr. Overdorf truly takes the time to not only listen to my concerns, but genuinely HEARS me!! I live in this body of mine and he was the only pain management physician that I've seen that took my concerns to heart and offered me options that no one else would even consider!! I am 14 months post-procedure and still 98% pain free!! I know that my treatment will be ongoing due to my particular issue, but I have new hope for a brighter, more active, and less painful future knowing Dr. Overdorf and his team are in my corner!! I can't thank them enough!! I would highly recommend them to my Family, Friends, and anyone asking for a recommendation for a great pain management Doctor/Practice!!

Dr. Overdorf listened to my concerns regarding the extreme pain I was having in my lower back and traps. He took the time to discuss my treatment options and actually showed me my images during my visit to help me understand where my pain is coming from. I am already feeling better knowing I have a plan going forward.

Dr. Overdorf is such a compassionate physician. He took a great deal of care going over my imaging and explaining treatment options. During the injection procedure a couple weeks later, he patiently walked me through every step (I opted out of sedation). My shoulder feels much better! Dr. Overdorf and his staff are so kind, and you can tell they truly care. Thank you Dr. Overdorf and the Innovative Pain and Wellness team!

Brought my Mom here for an appointment scheduled for 11:15. This procedure takes 10 minutes, according to her. It is now 12:30 & I am still waiting for her to come out. She wasn't called back until 11:45. Any business with good customer service & professionalism at minimum, notifies clients when they are running this far behind, especially if they are relying on another party who is required to be present, and who took time out of their work day, to wait and drive them home. Do better. This is ridiculous.

For me Innovative Pain and Wellness and Dr Viswanath is a godsend. He has helped me mange chronic chest pain from a lung surgery for2 years. Tomorrow he will be doing an injection that might lower or remove the pain finally allowing me to get off the moderate doses of heavy pain medication. He would have done it sooner but I delayed after the results of the surgery that I was assured would not happen. I had to research like crazy to get comfortable with going forward. There are risks but from everything I found Dr Viswanath is using every precautionary technique. He and his staff of PAs and NPs are all caring and helpful. I have not had the billing problems others have experienced. I am on Medicare with a Suplemental not Advantage. Don't know if that makes a difference.
