Called them on Thanksgiving after my elderly father locked his keys in his car. We tried for over an hour and because we were worried about holiday pricing, we were already discussing driving my dad home from Phoenix to Payson so he could take care of his dog then handling the car tomorrow. But, alas! Flat Rate answered immediately and told me a tech would call me back. Not even 10 minutes later Ari contacted me, gave a reasonable ballpark for the endeavor, and showed up 15 minutes later. Reasonable price and Ari had us in the car within 3 minutes. Amazing service!! Total saviors!
Called in to get a quote for re-installing an old Baldwin door handle that I had powder coated. Spoke with Issac and he asked me to send him a picture. I forgot to do so but Issac followed up and text me he had not received my text. Great follow-up. We made an appointment for Sunday morning he showed up on time and reinstalled the handle. He also suggested we had all the locks rekeyed so that it would be more convenient for us. Great suggestion. Issac was very friendly and very knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend Issac.
