I went for color today and had very bad experience. The stylist had a lot of attitude and she was insulting me. She wqs very argumentative and angry. On the phone, she gave me one price but when I was there she only first did upper hair and said full hair color cost more which was very surprising. She told me I didn't want to pay and I have been paying whatever I was told every past visit. While shampooing, she was angry and was wildly pulling my hair when I said her not to get her anger out on my hair. How discourteous, unfriendly and rude with customer. Finally she asked the other stylist to finish my shampoo who was cool, caring and friendly. With this kind of staff and changing the price in person while giving a different price on the phone, angry and disrespectful stylist, you will lose business. You definitely lost my business for ever and I will also tell my friends about this experience and you will continue to lose your business. Good luck running your business or soon close the doors rather than displeasing your customers.

I went to Fantastic Sam's today and asked Haneen to give my virgin hair pink highlights. This is no small feat, yet she made my hair look beautiful. She is a master when is comes to colors and blended the pink with my natural brown seamlessly. Could not recommend this salon more due to its friendly staff, welcoming environment, and the exceptional facilities. Unlike other salons, this one had a personality to it that was unmatched and I felt so welcome.

My husband and I dropped in to see if he could get a haircut and I needed a shampoo/blow dry as I had just gotten out of the hospital. Lanete and Haneen were both very professional and courteous. They were able to squeeze us in and take care of us. I would definitely recommend the salon and these two stylists. I look forward to seeing them again soon.

I recently had a terrible experience at another salon that basically ruined my hair, so I came here as a last hope. I usually do fashion colors, and I was really nervous that it would turn out badly again. Andrea gave me a full, in-depth consultation and walked me through exactly how we would get my hair to where I wanted it to be. I really appreciated how she explained each step of the process and was upfront about pricing. She stayed within my budget and still did an absolutely fantastic job. I am so happy with the results and beyond grateful for everything Andrea did for me. I highly recommend her!

Haneen is truly amazing. She is an absolute professional when it comes to color, and she took such great care of me from start to finish. She really listened to what I wanted and delivered results beyond my expectations. I walked out feeling confident, refreshed, and beautiful again. I no longer wish to have Haneen do my hair. She insists that I only see her or she gets irate. Also, Haneen wanted me to post a good comment about her but she continued nagging me until I did. Therefore, please retract anything positive that was said regarding this unprofessional and pushy stylist!! I will request Lynette going forward!

Went in and asked for a straight line and shave at 0 on my part. Nothing else, had grown mistakes out on part for 6 months, asked to stay below original hair line. I paid 23 and 5 tip for this unprofessional trim. ..no haircut. Im very disappointed!

I used to go there all the time for about 10 years turns out that it’s evolved into an ordinary experience where I didn’t feel appreciated as the kind of customer I thought I was. Basically forgotten while my stylist was traveling the world or something I don’t need to hear any stories. I left a very specific message and it was forgotten that speaks volumes.
Don’t expect a world class stylist here but the person that owns it is pretty nice. She’s got a couple places and works hard. I don’t wanna say anything other than I give it a big fat three for ordinary and I don’t need to talk about it anymore.
The message I left I don’t know if it was given properly, but it was very specific and I ended up just hearing that it was forgotten and why so go there if you want you’ll do OK. I consider myself a pretty good chipper and thought I’d get more extra extraordinary treatment my treatment just got Quicker and less special overtime to the point where I just feel like I was taking for granted so go in there if you want a quick haircut, that’s my recommendation other than that. Good luck they’re OK just ended up. Disappointing me. Hopefully, this person will realize she should not forget her customers.
