Told the lady just a trim, no more than an inch off. She took 4 to 5 inches off. Said it had to come off. No apologies, she just said she had to. I thought the customer was right, but not here.

Lynette is the one I see. She did a great job the first time and this time. She has so much knowledge and experience in cutting hair. She talks you through everything and makes sure it's cut the way you want. She also isn't a stylist who doesn't make conversation. All around great stylist. I highly recommend her!
