Debbie of Espree Mold Testing did a great job for us. First, she assessed for FREE a previous companies mold report of our rental unit. She shared with us what was missing from the report. Again, this was before we hired her. Second, Debbie came to our unit and tested what was missing from our report. Debbie accommodated our need to hurry and squeezed us in to her busy schedule.
