Showroom closed for remodeling when I visited on May 23, 2022. Will call is open and staffed. I was told they could pull samples and order for me. For browsing a showroom, I was told the Phoenix and Glendale locations are open.

I’m in the design industry, so I frequent Emser and is always a go to. They have great tile options for kitchen backsplash, shower tile/flooring all at very competitive pricing. They’re always helpful answering any questions or getting samples. Nothing I’ve ordered was a special order, and usually everything comes extremely fast. We typically work with Michelle and love her. She’s super responsive and helpful in anyway.

Walked in with a handful of cabinet samples and my marble flooring. not one person asked if they could help or even said hello. I wandered for about 10 minutes and then walked out. Had quite a few tile displays but I guess they didn't want the job.
