I operate a little wildlife rescue and a little rock squirrel got out and ended up going under my sink and chewed the water lines to the faucet.. I called Steve for help. He thought I was a prank call at first, lol.. he made it to my home in less than 2 hours, about the same time my new faucet was being delivered.
He was great. Fixed everything necessary and more.
He was professional and personable. He was not one of those darn commercialized businesses that send some inexperienced technician who can't resolve the issue..
He had a trailer in tow with a huge variety of parts so there was no delay..

I called Steve about my kitchen sink that was blocked , and he came out the next day on time. He proceeded to free the blockage up and to pressure wash my pipes clear to the street, it worked fantastic ! Steve also went and fixed a few valves and took a pressure test ( no charge ) . Thanks again ... I have more plumbing to do in the future and I have no doubt who I am going to call ...
