I absolutely love this place! The monthly double barfly membership is so worth it! You get pampered twice month, get to select one extra treatment and can also gift the blowout or bring a friend! The hairdressers are so accommodating and so sweet! Would definitely recommend making drybar part of your weekly or monthly routine!

This was my 1st visit to a hair bar. I loved feeling pampered and having someone else do my hair. I wanted loose curls and I loved the style. However, due to the heat I had to add some curls when I got back to my hotel.

Such a great experience at this dry bar! It was my first time and it was perfect! The girls were all so sweet and very knowledgable. The salon was very clean and cute! My hair turned out beautiful I couldn't be happier. I can't wait to go back!

I’ve been to dry bar before in cali where the gal gave me a blow out style that was so good! Here i asked for a cosmo from their book and while yes my hair is clean and it is styled, mostly well, but the gal legit just washed dried and curl wanded by hair. Which i could do at home. Coming to a dry bar and dropping $60 for a hair wash/style should be something special like my first experience. Stylists drying hair with brushes and hair dryers. It’s a completely different outcome vs using just hot styling tools.
Maybe i just got unlucky?

TERRIBLE service! I would give a zero star if I could.
I booked a 1st time appt online last week, also listed this in my booking notes. Unfortunately for me, I got lost and was delayed in finding the shop location. I called the number listed on Google Maps and informed them that I was on my way but needed help finding the location. I was informed that the shop did not have a direct number but that my message would be passed along and the rep was able to provide me sufficient description for me to find the shop, though I arrived approx 15 mins late. At that time, I was informed that they would be unable to see me which I accepted and asked for a reschedule. They offered a dry styling service, which I declined since I wanted a wash. Then they tell me they would charge me a cancellation fee, which I disputed since I did not cancel. The sales rep then tells me that her manager would adjust the cancellation fee to $25, STILL UNACCEPTABLE. First & last time, I step foot into this place.

I was in today and had the most bizarre experience. Around 8:00 am 9/21/23 I left the salon, the lady that did my hair was red head. As I was approaching the line to pay, this employee grab my arm tightly, as though she was insinuating I was walking out. I felt humiliated, you don’t put your hands on people period that boundary was crossed.
