Dr. McCracken was able to correctly diagnose my skin condition immediately, prescribed appropriate treatment and listened carefully to my worries. He provided responses based on his knowledge. My condition is well under control now thanks to him.

I’ve been going to Dr. McCracken for my head to toe check up for several years. During that time, he’s found several issues and happily most were correctable during my appointment. He’s personable and takes time to talk with you about anything that shows up. I’m very happy with him and recommend him to everyone.

Doctors were OK. However, the billing department needs to have better communication within their department. I paid by credit card the day of my appointment in the office and have a receipt. It also shows that the payment came out of my bank account the day after. They texted, emailed and sent a hard copy that I still owe them after I replied with a voicemail and to their text that I have proof of payment. They never replied to me, except for the hardcopy statement in the mail that I still owe them that payment. Hopefully, the last call I made to billing is the last one. I have no confidence in an office where billing is so important to a patient and I will probably not return because of that. Not a fan.
