I have had 3 cancer spots biopsied in the last few months. I have been extremely pleased with everyone from the Physicians to the assistants and the front desk schedulers. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. I always feel like they have enough time for my questions. Also, one of the things that I notice is physician offices that continually make me wait well past my appt time. I think that is rude and inconsiderate. I am happy to say this dermatology office has never made me wait, very professional!!

Doctors were OK. However, the billing department needs to have better communication within their department. I paid by credit card the day of my appointment in the office and have a receipt. It also shows that the payment came out of my bank account the day after. They texted, emailed and sent a hard copy that I still owe them after I replied with a voicemail and to their text that I have proof of payment. They never replied to me, except for the hardcopy statement in the mail that I still owe them that payment. Hopefully, the last call I made to billing is the last one. What a great experience! I have been to other dermatologists, and Dr. Asztalos was able to figure out what was wrong with me and fix it that no one else could. She is always very attentive during appointments and has an impressive depth of knowledge in her field. She is also very patient, I never feel rushed, and takes her time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly to me. I have since been back for cosmetic procedures (filler, Botox and laser) and I feel 10X younger every time I leave her office. I highly recommend!!!
