I closed on my first home this year (during this crazy market, I know!) and still made it a necessity to get a home inspection done. I was able to find Digital Home Inspections through a friend and am beyond lucky I found them. They were quick, responsive and detailed throughout the process. They not only kept me informed, they kept my realtor in the loop which helped me negotiate at closing. I definitely will be using them for all of my homes going forward.
