DAVID FRANK Salon is the BEST hair salon in the Scottsdale, AZ / Phoenix Valley area. I have been to many over my 27 years here, and came back. David is an EXPERT at hair color, and Cassidy is an expert at cutting. Together they make a GREAT team! Do yourself a favor and check them out; you will be EXTREMELY HAPPY that you did.

I am super picky when it comes to haircuts and Frank turned my hair from flat to fabulous! Would highly recommend to anyone. Salon was super clean and everyone was so kind. Also, have never had a pleasant experience getting my hair shampooed until today. I wasn't aware that shampoo stations could actually feel nice!!

Cassidy is not only a talented hair stylist, but also a friendly and kind person. I always enjoy my visits to David Frank Salon because the conversation with Cassidy is very enjoyable and she does a really great job with my hair!!!
