Wanted to get my hair cut before an event on Sunday and although the flyer I was handed said that they open at 10, I waited 30 mins and still no one showed up.

I am so pleased with the staff at the shop. My hair was a mess, and i found Tammy Chocolate weave queen to hook me up. I can see my hair growing longer after i took my weave out, and the barbers was great. They cut my sons hair just the way they like it. .

This was my second visit to Cuttin Up and both times my cut looks awesome, and their prices are very reasonable. Glad I found this shop, everyone is nice and professional.

Don't let him cut your child's hair Nick the barber... He's cut my six year olds hair four times. It was evident that he lacked patience for cutting children's hair however, we continued to go bc he's a skilled barber. This last and final visit was disturbing. My son always falls asleep when he's gotten haircuts, from ages 1-6 it's been this way. On this particular visit he fell asleep again. As his head leaned forward, I watched Nick grab a spray bottle and squirt the back of his head. My son woke up instantly and said ouch. When I asked him what was in the spray bottle, he said alcohol. He looked shocked that I told him I wasn't ok with him doing that, especially to a child. I said when you have a fresh haircut, wouldn't alcohol burn that back of your head to which he replied, "yea you're right." I told him my sons previous barbers, including one from the same shop had never done anything like that. He was clearly agitated from start to finish, when I attempted to pay, he waved his hand in the air and walked away. I left the money on his barber chair. Strengths-skilled barber Major areas of opportunity-lacks professionalism, impatient w/children yet continues to accept appts, inappropriate (texting a new customer to ask if I smoke weed, bad attitude, ill-mannered, and rude. There are good barbers everywhere, we will be going to find a new one. Do not let him cut your child's hair. Unless of course you don't mind paying for bad service. If you do end up here, Sauce is good with kids or even try Hab.

Laid back atmosphere with great vibes. Walked in without an appointment and was helped immediately. I'm usually skeptical about letting people cut my hair that I've not seen there work or been referred. Stan hooked me up and gave me the exact cut I was looking for. I've walked in on multiple occasions and the cut was always professional and precise. I highly recommend this barbershop, and they're open on Sundays .
