I have been going for a couple months doing EDMR therapy. I work with Melissa Lake. Wow! I have seen drastic improvements in my mental health and relationships. She is so compassionate but also challenging me to dive deep! I feel like a new person honestly and I know I have more work ahead, but I feel like I have gone the distance. I have tried other therapist and therapy with some success but this place actually has measurable results. I don’t feel like this inevitably forever doom feeling. Actually feel like this is a mountain I will climb to and achieve!! Thank you for everything crossroads and CCV church for the referral

It has been life-changing for me to find such an excellent counseling office in Scottsdale. Lauren Jack has helped me tremendously and I am just getting started. She is kind and knowledgeable. EMDR is a great technique to help with trauma. I highly recommend Crossroads Counseling.

Lauren Jack is without a doubt the most compassionate, empathetic, professional, encouraging, and knowledgeable therapist I have had. Her pure kindness and warmth made me feel safe and comfortable immediately, and her incredible knowledge of the brain and trauma helped me in my healing process.
