John at Cornerstone did a great job on our new furnace and AC. He answered all our questions; we had a lot of them. He explained benefits and disadvantages of different units with regard to what would work best in our house. The work they did is neat and tidy (including relocating the AC unit), and they were able to do the install promptly. John really went above and beyond making sure we got the best system, and making sure we were comfortable with the work.
Great experience all around from first contact with John the owner who was so upbeat and helpful, to Ash who was very quick to respond and get the appointment made sooner than expected and Hayden who provide the service, who was so pleasant and kind. He walked through each step and explained his findings with recommendations. There was absolutely no pressure sales. We will be sharing their name with our friends and neighbors!
