Jennifer Tulcan worked really hard to help is secure financing on a for sale by owner fixer upper. It was our first time not using a realtor, and the property was not in a condition that we could use normal financing. But Jennifer worked with us, troubleshooting along the way to find just the right loan to help us secure our dream property.
Given we didn't have a realtor to help us, I can honestly say that I don't think we would have successfully completed the sale without Jennifer's effort.
