Kyle showed up promptly, diagnosed and repaired the malfunctioning heat pump, repaired it, checked the one next to it, cleaned up both so they'd run well, and verified they were heating. Excellent communication throughout the process, great workmanship, and respect for the property.

My water heater was leaking, so I called Collins Commercial Services. Eric came over the same day to look at it and stop the leak until he could pick up a new water heater the next day. Eric installed my new water heater in a very timely manner. He was pleasant and easy to communicate with. I will refer Collins Commercial Services moving forward.

Our bathroom sink started leaking because it was so old, so I got under there to get it taken apart and replaced. I soon realized that I couldn't break the thing free, so I had to call Collins Commercial, our go-to Plumbers for years. Brian came over to help us get our sink fixed up and it took him no time. After being asked to check something else while here, he took the time to help us figure out why our shower wasn't sending all of the water up to the shower head-most of it was just coming out of the bath tub spout and going straight down the drain.
