They are all so nice, punctual, and good at explaining the why and what of your treatment! So happy I found them after a few bad experiences here in Phoenix!
Before Brilliant Smiles, I saw the same dentist for 40 years- just him and his tech in a mom and pop shop. When he retired, I floated around trying to find a dentist that didn’t feel like I was a number or getting “upsold” on unnecessary treatments. Then I found Brilliant Smiles and it is seriously the best office. No one likes dentist offices, but this one is the best there is. It is comfortable, welcoming, and the docs know what they are doing. They are personable and know who I am and even remember details about what I was up to six months before. I highly recommend!
Receptionists were very kind and welcoming. The doctors and techs were clear and open about what was going to happen during my visit and what steps they were doing. But the biggest compliment I can give about this visit was that in all the times I’ve had that involved me getting numbed up, this was one of the few times the process didn’t hurt at all when they injected the needle to numb my face.
