Excellent selection, great quality! But by far, the outstanding feature is the customer service. Jenn, the owner, is very helpful, but I was so impressed with her honesty. She was straightforward about what color was good for me and what colors washed me out when I tried on various wigs. She was also honest about what style worked for me. When I decided on a wig, Jenn asked if I wanted it sized. I had never been asked that question. She explained that my head is a petite size and that I had extra room up at the crown of the wig. Went in for the first time today with my mom to look for a wig for her. Jenn was so patient and helpful. She made the process fun and enjoyable. Thank you so much Jenn for your amazing customer service and wonderful personality.

I didn't plan on going into Brandy's Wigs, the only reason we did was because the Wig Boutique down the street was closed. I'm glad we did!! We were there on New Year's Eve Day and Jen was working. She was very nice. Although the overhead is low and the store itself wasn't the most luxurious, they had exactly what I was looking for. My hair is falling out in handfuls. I don't know if I have alopecia, or stress or what, but my hair is in bad shape and nothing I do ever works, so I figured it was time for a hair topper. She had exactly what I was looking for.
