Kim is very knowledgeable about Eletrolysis and especially skin care. She very personable and puts one at ease, but most the important thing for me is she was honest and straight forward about what my expectations should be. I have sensitive skin and seem to get bumps and redness even when I change face wash. I was a bit apprehensive about having the procedures done, but I have followed what Kim set in my plan, and my face is clear with no redness or bumps. I am happy with my results so far, I would highly recommend her to my friends.
