I can only say positive things about Bennett's. We had something come up and they graciously rescheduled. Communication was excellent. The price was very fair. The quality of service was excellent. Our carpets look so much better. Everyone was so friendly. Great experience and would definitely use again if needed.

Russell is so timely, professional, and understanding of my needs. I have a toddler and a dog, and he was able to get every stain out that has accumulated over the last year! He even cleaned our entire couch, and had it done so promptly, that it was dry by the time I got my son home from school. I have put off having this done because I thought it would be stressful and a nightmare, but this is the most pleasant experience, with the best results!

Called them to clean carpets and had one that was thought to be beyond salvaging. It had all kinds of solvents, ash, gun cleaning residue, and a few sodas had been ground in pretty well. Russ came in and cleaned it to the point that it looks good again. I was amazed at how good the stairs look as well. The rest of the job was not as dirty, but looks new again. The price was better than any estimate we got, and below the estimate for this job. Service was fast, and no sign they were here except for clean carpets! Would give more stars if I could!
