I got a luxury pedicure here and the experience was top notch! The massage and ambience was very nice. I really enjoyed the fact that it didn't smell like nail polish. It's a very wide open space and a really relaxing feel to it.

I was a bridesmaid in a wedding party that did our hair and makeup here. I had Lee for both and he was absolutely phenomenal. I am no beauty expert, so I just trusted everything Lee suggested and recommended, and I looked and felt absolutely beautiful. He was very funny and kind, an absolute expert in his field. The other artists were also amazing to the rest of the wedding party for the various hair and makeup requests. The building itself feels very high end and is obviously well taken care of. I highly recommended Beauty and Propaganda for any event or beauty need!

Typically, I love this place, and the issue this time started with me. I thought my appointment was at 1130, but it was at 11. I was scheduled for a pedicure and a spray tan. They called me at 11:18, and I was a few minutes away, and they said they couldn't take me at all now. They did have a 1:45 available for the same service. So I apologized and made a new appointment. They texted me 30 minutes later, saying they couldn't do both services now so I could pick one or the other. I needed both, so I had to cancel. They charged me $50.00 for a late fee. Yes, it was my fault for being late, but I don't feel their customer service was fantastic.

I had my hair and makeup done at the salon by the incomparable Lee for my brother's wedding last weekend. My hair is super curly and many people have had trouble wrangling it in the past, but not Lee. He looked at my inspiration photo, listened to the additional tweaks I wanted to make, and then just knocked it out of the park. The hairstyle I wanted could have gone south really quickly but instead I looked like I had been running through a meadow, which was exactly what I was going for! The makeup was honestly even better, which makes sense since Lee taught for MAC Cosmetics for a decade. Lee talked me through what he was doing along the way and we geeked out over our favorite brands and products. Everyone in the family for the wedding had their hair and makeup done by the wonderful stylists at B+P and we all felt like a million bucks. Thank you B+P. <3Services: Makeup services

If I could give it zero stars I would. This is the most unorganized company I have ever step foot in. Waited 35 min past my apt time, I asked multiple times how much longer and was always given more time and no explanation. Meanwhile, everyone is screaming over blow dryers. A stylist finally comes over and asked if I was ready and proceeds to touch my hair as she’s snacking on chips and touches my hair with her chips hand. I got up and left. Never again. Was assured someone would be calling me and never did. Such a shame because the inside is so cute.Service: Blowouts

Waited for an hour past my appointment time and still didn’t see me. Kept asking if it was going to be soon and they gave me excuses. As I went to sit back down I noticed they had rats and I left. TERRIBLEService: Blowouts
