Great buying experience. Tracy was very helpful with advice and references. We decided to get the Napoleon grill, and I'm glad we did. The lighting is cool. The temp is consistent. The size is wonderful. Tracy's installer, Corey was great to deal with. He built the new island in no time. He is an expert with natural gas install and even put in our cooktop. Nicho, the granite installer was fantastic too. Him and his team made it look so easy to cut the hole for the grill and cook top. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Work was done when promised. Even the parts that looked like it would take a long time to get were in right away. Tracy kept in touch with Corey so he knew the status as well. We highly recommend Tracy and her team.

I recently moved into a new home and I love to cook. So I did my homework before selecting the grill I wanted for my backyard. I wanted an Napoleon Grill and Best Barbecues & Islands carried that brand. Tracy knew everything about the gills and helped me make my selection. To make things even better, she had one in stock, so I didn't have to wait before I could start cooking. My Napoleon Prestige Pro 500 was delivered, and assembled in 3 days. And I was entertaining guests by the weekend. There were no hiccups or delays. My grill was ready to go before I was ready to cook on it. I truly love my new Napoleon Grill and the service I received at BB&I.

Well we're can I begin? This family owned business is the best in the state of AZ. The owners are so knowledgeable on ALL the products they sell. Such friendly and over the top service. I was never aware of all the different styles of outdoor grills and yes BIG GREEN EGG is the best of the best. I did t know food could taste so good!! Tracy, Trudy and Dave the owners made my experience perfect. Even shooting me an email a month after I bought just to ask if everything was going good and how I liked my BGE. I LOVE it I won't even eat out anymore. There's so many grills out there but 100% are not built the same. Best barbecue and Islands have and sell top quality products. Always a great happy atmosphere!! I love my large BGE and going back for a mini max for camping. Bottom line if you want quality service and products there only one place to go and that is BEST BARBECUE & ISLANDS!!!
