Cheyne (Shane) was very kind, patient, and helpful. He went above and beyond to assist me and took the time to walk me through all of the appliances and answer my questions. I especially appreciated that he was never pushy or made me feel pressured to make a purchase. Excellent customer service!
Purchasing appliances seemed like a daunting task for me and my wife as there are so many options out there. Luckily, we were able to work with Cheyne who made the entire experience a breeze. He was able to provide options for us based on our needs—and also provided options to us that we weren’t exactly aware about. Cheyne was always a call or text a way on any questions I had and trust me there were several. Overall, communication throughout the entire process was great and he was always on the ball when it came to coordinating for delivery. We went in looking only at a range but ended up getting all appliances for our home through Cheyne!
Cheyne is fantastic! If you are looking for anything in appliances, grills, water softeners, or R/O systems he is the best. Knowledgeable is an understatement. He knows his products and which ones have the best value, and they are not necessarily the highest price. We will always purchases appliances from Cheyne at Arizona Appliances for incredibly knowledgeable and attentive service with great prices .
