We had an excellent experience with Bath Fitters! Bob came out to our home to discuss options for our upstairs bathtub/shower. Stephen came out to do the install and did a fantastic job! We’re really happy with the product and service we received, would absolutely recommend!
Bryce and Steven were professional and friendly. They proceeded to get right to work and completed the job in one day, when we thought it would have been two. Initially we saw the advertisement for Bath Fitter on social media and then had our consultation with Bob and even that part of the process was great! We look forward to using Bath Fitter again in the future.
Stephen the installer was a perfect 10. The tub to shower he installed looks great! The only problem we had was the salesman mis-measured the height and we had a 2 inch gap at the top. Stephen put temporary trim on the walls and is going to Tucson next week to get the right trim. I believe everyone can be an artisan in anything they do - thus I consider Stephen a true artisan in bathroom remodeling. I give him 10’s across the board for skill, personality and time on task.
