Justin McMallister is an excellent restaurant consultant and a great person, as well. Justin advised Saint Barnabas Episcopal Church over an 18 month period regarding a complete renovation of our existing commercial kitchen. This included design consultation, drawings and purchase and installation of all kitchen equipment. He spent considerable time with us in discussing how our kitchen operates and helped us improve considerably the layout and workflow. He worked well interfacing with our architect, Archicon. I used AZ Restaurant Consulting to help with the buildout of our new Vito's location in Gilbert. Justin was excellent to work with in regards to kitchen and bar space planning and then he helped put together all our needs with regards to kitchen equipment. He was great to work with and then when dining rooms got shut down due to Covid, he helped us do some remodeling and equipment issues at our other location as well. He got it all done so quick, construction and everything was completed and ready to go when we were allowed to re-open. Highly recommend and when we look at doing another location, he will be one of my 1st calls.
