VOC and Michele, our primary contact source, were absolutely incredible at getting us out of our timeshare agreement!! Michele kept us informed every step of the way and answered any questions we had thoroughly and promptly. While it's best to never fall for timeshare tactics, if you ever do/have, VOC is the way to go if/when you want out. We fell for their tactics on our honeymoon in Oct 2022 and came to our senses the following April while trying to plan our first trip. My elderly mother was sucked in a timeshare during an all day lasting timeshare presentation. Long story short, I found Vacation Ownership Consultants, and after some thorough checking them out by contacting Facebook reviews, to see if those reviews were real people, reading up on reviews online there is only one thing to say - VOC is legit. The process might seem tedious at the beginning, but believe me, this is what makes VOC good at what they do.
