My 10-year-old dog had 6 tooth extractions recently, with Arizona Veterinary Dental Specialists. They are extremely knowledgeable, attentive and communicative. And they monitor vitals the entire time your pet is under anesthesia. She went under for a cleaning and exam, and the doctor himself called me immediately to discuss the recommended extractions. He explained the pros and cons and proceeded only on my approval. They also monitor your pet for at least an hour after they come out of anesthesia to make sure they are doing okay before going home. I recently had an oronasal fistula repair performed by Dr. Fink. My dog had a dental at another clinic that resulted in the oronasal fistula. That clinic attempted a repair, but it failed. I did my research and took her to Dr. Fink even though it was over a 2 hour drive each way. It was well worth it. Dr. Fink is a wonderful, gifted specialist who successfully performed the repair and personally followed up on the progress. It was wonderful to feel the personal connection she provided. I would definitely recommend her your pets dental needs. The supporting staff was warm, friendly, and very helpful as well. Pricey but you get what you pay for.
