May I call on the attention of patient care services manager of Arizona Urology Specialists. I requested to switch doctor as the facility I initially visited is out of network with my insurance provider and in-office procedure will be done. Talking to several staff from the call center team and two other female staff, I was informed it takes 24-48 hours to process the doctor switch. Then I received a call introducing herself as a medical assistant (i know her name) and was informed it will take 1 to 2 weeks to process doctor switch. From my follow up call today, almost 2 weeks had lapsed but still my request is on process. However you look at it, any patient doing business...read full review

Their service is now the worst ever. 34 minute wait to make an appointment or speak with someone per their new automated attendant system. I would suggest switching to another medical practive

Summary: Good doctor, atrocious administration. The admin headache is not worth the medical care, go some place else.The 20 min of doctors care was good. However, the hours of head ache to get scheduled for the various appointments that I needed was unacceptable. The administration on this place is worse than bad. Scheduling is very unorganized and experience fully depends on who you happen to talk to.Would suggest going to a different office.
