To be honest, this place seems to be a mess. I attempted to make an appointment numerous times but could never get anyone to pick up the phone. The automated message always stated there are high wait times and it seems they only have one person managing the phones. After multiple calls over several days, I finally got a call back after hours and they said that they STILL couldn’t schedule me then and would have to call back the next day at a scheduled time. Well guess what? The whole next day passed and I never got a call back.
Another thing that was odd was that the person on the phone said they couldn’t take my vision insurance for my eye exam and that they needed my health insurance information? In my 15+ years of doing routine annual eye exams, I have never been told my vision insurance can’t be used for a vision exam.
I decided to look elsewhere since I can’t rely on a place that can’t even get me scheduled when I need it most.

I've been here a couple times, and they charged me $50 to get my prescription after my insurance paid for the exam. It turns out this is actually against the law. FTC Eyeglass rule. Criminals like this should be shut down and preferably imprisoned.

i was referred for a medical eye exam which is 100% covered by my insurance but instead they gave me a glasses exam which costs $60 and then asked me to sign financial agreements when i was unable to see or read due to pupil dilation eyedrops
Edit: Finally after almost 2 months they finally gave me a copy of my glasses prescription info. Called them every single day, leaving voicemails, sending messages on their website, but they refused to give me a copy. DO NOT GET AN EXAM HERE

Yet I received a phone call around Oct 7th. Yet this company continued to bill me for three months without a bill or any contact. Arizona Eye Specialist did this. Then to threaten about collections when I have not been informed or billed. As of this point still no Eye information to get a pair of glasses. 288.00 dollars that nothing can be done with. I feel I have been frauded by Arizona Eye Specialist. I will freely informed anyone of my experiences with this company. This is not the way to do business.

To make a long story short, I was lied to. I requested clarification and was lied to again. I requested clarification again, and my calls were not returned. I've tried calling to get my records, and those calls have not been returned either. I'm really frustrated. I am reading this business two stars instead of one, because prior to all of this happening I was satisfied with the care I received.

I have went to Dr.Kanyinda for 2 procedures.First one is CO2 Laser my experience was amazing he made me feel comfortable talked me through the procedure made sure I was doing okay, and his team was so sweet and very helpful .Results of CO2 were amazing my skin texture is all even ,I cannot wait for my second round .The 2nd I received a full syringe and my lips look so good such a natural look , I had previous lip filler and I did not like it was so uneven .Dr. Kanyinda fixed the issue and I love my lips and I didn’t feel a thing . Thank you Dr.K and once again the team was so nice i appreciate you all ?I am definitely recommending Dr.Kanyinda to my family and friends ?

I have been wanting lip filler for quite some time now so I finally caved and scheduled to see Dr. Kanyinda for a consult. He addressed all my questions and concerns. I ended up getting Botox and 1ml of Restylane Kysse. I feel like a new woman! My confidence is off the charts. His team is exceptional, I have nothing but high praise!!! 10/10 recommend!
