I went into Arizona Drum Shop with the crappiest old pearl snare. The person that helped me was very nice and helpful. Apparently i had a batter head on the snare side! Doh! I was able to leave with the snare side head and a brand new "that flippy floppy thing" for 50ish bux... As soon as I installed the filppy thang and the head a did some proper tuning my snare sounded like a snare again! I only went in thinking I only needed the flippyfloppy and im glad i got the advice about installing a proper head. Cheaper than buying a used snare off facebook and inheriting its problems! Totally worth the trip for all parts! I plan to go back to get a new clutch and other tiddly winks. They have everything! You"ll have to do yr boxing exercises next door tho, dont think they have space for thaaaat.

Ron is the man! And this store has everything you need as a drummer. I was blown away by the selection. More gear to choose from than the Guitar Center has at the pavilions right now. Ron was able to help me replace my snare drum head and tune it up in his shop, as well as got me into a much better bass drum pedal after thoroughly diagnosing, my old hodgepodge bass, drum pedal. Support your local businesses and this stand-up dude! You won't regret it.

I called Arizona Drum Shop to check pricing on a few add on drums for a used kit I was thinking about. After telling Ron about the kit I was building he mentioned that he had a brand new Sonor AQ2 in the color I originally wanted. He gave me a great deal on it. He checked all the drums and got them shipped out that day. They arrived in superb condition and super fast. I could not be happier with the service from them.
