Very friendly staff. I go in frequently for gear, and they have a large collection of different instruments and the gear required for them. I only take my acoustic to Milano's, they're just the best in the valley

Like with most places, these days, customer service is really slipping. If you find yourself in the orchestra section, don't you dare ask a question regarding guitars! It's like they'll be offended. Then again, one of the employees around the keyboards went out of his way to help. So it just depends on who you run across, you might find that you get some great service in the end Positive note: this is a rare experience. Milano is the best musical instrument store, online or brick and mortar, period. I've been working with John (surreptitiously I call him my sound tech) in creating my sound and helping fulfill my vision. He is just so tremendously talented and knowledgeable and he has led me down the right path sonically. I couldn't be more impressed and grateful for John and everyone else at Milano. I recommend to anyone curious about starting an instrument or improving their sound to try Milano. They will only help you find what you need. They do not push you to spend money unnecessarily.
