Our experience with Arden Trust Company over several years has unfortunately revealed significant shortcomings in their fiduciary responsibilities and overall accountability. As a multi-year client with a trust relationship requiring attentive management and clear communication, we expected a standard of care and professionalism that Arden Trust ultimately failed to deliver.
