The phones are down..again? It's Monday and it keeps ringing after several intervals of attempts. I called last week to reschedule an appt and did so, but I still get reminders on my phone for my nonexistent appt. I even left a vm...now you can't even get connected. These are the people and practice responsible for my health
This is the best doctors office I’ve ever been to! Front desk girls are amazing and helpful! The office is super clean! Parking your car is no problem at all! I see Dr. Sista and she is absolutely amazing! She takes her time to listen and she really cares about her patients! She makes me feel very comfortable and at ease with any health concern I have. She is very knowledgeable and always has a solution! I highly recommend!
I was seeing an Endocrinologist who was adamant about getting access to my CGM. I couldn’t understand why as I make adjustments and manage my T1D but figured no big deal. I was shocked to see a $550 collections charge on my credit report. They purposely mislead me to make extra money that I did not authorize, and I was unaware of. I have been forced to open a dispute and possibly get a lawyer to protect my credit because of the greed here. I would strongly suggest finding a different physician.
