I have been to 3 gastroenterologist before Dr. Jafri by far was the best I have ever met. So incredibly kind, caring, and truly listens. He listened to my concerns and ran tests no other doctors did for me. The receptionist and medical assistant are also amazing and kind, I feel very comfortable going to the office
Very poor follow up with patient. Never can speak with a doctor. And the person they refer you to is PA-C.And that professional is never in the office. I only needed to know if I could continue with a med and couldn't get answer for days. That included a weekend. I called on a Thursday did not get a reply. Then on Friday was told PA-C wouldnt be in until wednesday and would I like to make an appointment.
