I called this place that’s close to my house explained that I have a business and need to do my taxes. They set the appointment. I show up 10 mins early to my appointment. She was busy with another client said it will be 15 min. No problem, I am a patient guy. Then was told I needed last years returns so they can look over them. No problem I live 5mins away. I went to grab them get back at 5:10. She is still with other client. I Sat till 6:05. All good I understand only one person there working no complaints. I finally get back to the desk sit down she looks over last year‘s tax returns says I cannot do this. “Way over my head”. My partner can for $1400 ! But I can do your other busness tax. I said ok about 10 mins into it she says I can do this because you have to do the other one first. Really don’t know what is going on. I don’t trust it. I’m out. Kinda scared for those that do their taxes here.

What an amazing group of people that work at the San Tan Valley Tax Que. I called, got an appointment right away. I was greeted and given information to sign. I met with my preparer Beth and she started doing my taxes right in front of me. I then met Nathan, who also prepares taxes. I needed to leave for another appointment and my taxes were done. Nathan asked a few questions and helped me save $1,000.00! am so impressed by Tax Que’s professionalism, kindness and how quick and accurate they were with my taxes. I recommend Tax Que to all my friends and Family! Thank you so much!

My mistake, I asked what was the charge this year after I gave my card # for payment. I and my wife were charged twice the amount we had been charged from the past four years of doing business with them, asked why so much and was given a new charge that we had not been charged years prior. Guess because gas prices have become so high it even affects their computer program and their fingers it takes to enter our information. Congratulations you have lost our future business. Buyers beware, turbo tax next year

Beth and Joyce helped me today. Beth is very nice and patient and helped me be prepared for my appointment today. I’ve been coming here to do my taxes for 11 years. Joyce usually always files my taxes and she has always been very helpful and nice as well.
