San Tan Plumbing responded to my call via my Home Warranty. They called Salt River in to tear out my toilet, vanity, and both showers. Now 39 days later no shower, no toilet...... NOTHING !!!!! Today they said they didn't have cause report !!!!!!

Beware if your warranty company assigns this plumber to your claim. First, they don't answer the phone so you will leave a message and wait for them to call back which they are pretty good about.Next, if you have any kind of leak no matter how big or small they will have you call their friend for a free inspection. This will lead to claim with your regular home owners insurance company. Many people have mentioned this so beware.This company only wants to fix your plumbing if they can charge hundreds for "alterations" allowed by the warranty company.They supposedly fixed a sink of mine that was dripping, it started dripping right after the plumber left. On the recall; they didn't want to actually do the repair so luckily for me they assigned it to another plumber who can get the job done correctly.Service: Faucet repair

Want Tan was assigned to us by our home warranty company . They replaced our water heater . They were very professional did their best to coordinate things for us with home warranty company . I would recommend them .Service: Water heater installation

I have used San Tan/ Cactus Valley plumbing twice now for MAJOR plumbing issues and cannot say enough good things about them! Chris and Chad have not only been incredibly professional but also take time to explain things and do their best to keep costs down. I have recommended them to all of my friends.

They were sent out by my warranty company. I don't usually have things run so smoothly. They were so easy to work with and even bumped up my install date at the last minute so I could leave town for my job. Ethan did the install, very nice young man. Totally professional and knowledgeable. Kayla was my go to in the office. She's very professional and went above and beyond to help get this job done so I could leave town without dumping all this on my wife. Very happy with everythingService: Water heater installation

Brian came out to clear a plumbing stoppage but went the extra mile to figure out why the issue keeps happening- I will be going back to the original company that apparently messed up the original repair but if they can’t right the wrong, I will definitely be going back to San Tan Plumbing for future plumbing issues.

Had no choice because we went through home warranty but the guy cam out looked took pictures and left didn't hear back for a week had to call them to make an appointment. Then they wanted me to pay a 215.00 bill they said warranty would not pay even befor they come do the work. I asked for an item receipt and they told me they dont give one out. I refuse to pay until I got one.lady said it was for mod work. They came out about a week and a half later to replace water heater and they did replace it and two hoses . He reused the copper drain pipe and reconnect it. It is not flush with the water heater and looks like crap. I am still waiting for itemized list because all he did was very minimal and warranty company already paid for water heater and work that was done and a extra(300.00) worth for mods that was needed . I will say the young man was nice and professional that did the work.
