It's clean and the staff are friendly enough. I like the vets. They have a good 'pay monthly and services are cheaper' program. But... they literally NEVER get us in on time. Ever. There is always a wait (15-30 minutes past appointment time) no matter how many people (if any) are in the lobby. This is before you get into an appointment room. Other than this, they give good service.

Stopped in with our 13 yr old dog. Got us right in and addressed the issue. Very polite, very attentive.

I have taken numerous different dogs to this vet over the years and was previously satisfied with their service and have even reccomended it to others. However today I went for the appointment and was refused help because they have a new policy that pets must have a rabies vaccination before they will be seen. Their excuse is that it's a state law that dogs must be vaccinated. Thats true BUT! After checking with Pinal county they told me it's up to the individual clinic. They can recommend or mandate. This is another step towards authoritarianism. I refused to comply before they refused service.

The staff and veterinarians at Ironwood Animal Hospital are all very knowledgeable and attentive. They were very kind, patient and caring of my dog and his issues. The prices may be a little higher, but it is worth the care they give.

Efficient, caring and skilled providers calmed my scared 3 cats and gave them their annual shots. I recommend Ironwood Animal Hospital highly, and I rarely do reviews or provide recommendations.

I was actually happy with ease of scheduling and availability of appointments. What I didn’t appreciate was after spending $3k+ at their location, they send me a bill for changing bandages on my pup.
She lost part of her foot (toe removal) from a malignant tumor. And let’s back track that we did a full-blown diagnostic of everything for her earlier in the year.
They set up appointments for the bandage to be removed and m foot examined when the doctor that performed the operation wasn’t even in the office. Why?
If you had surgery, wouldn’t you want the surgeon that did the surgery to do the examination afterwards?
They made no point of telling me that he was not in the office on those days. Now they want to charge me for that . Even when I asked him upon leaving if I owed anything and they said no.
You know what would’ve been really nice, if they actually called and asked how my pup was doing after the surgery! They were too worried about their bill rather than my pup.
