My daughter had to come in and get some baby teeth removed. She is terrified of needles and tends to get herself pretty worked up. Dr Hill was so great with her! He took extra time to do deep breathing with her to calm her down, and met her with nothing but calm, patient reassurance. He got her all numbed up and got the teeth out without any issues. It was our first time at Hill Family Dentistry, and even though my daughter started off on the verge of a panic attack, she left there feeling like it was a good experience and unafraid to go back. Very timely. Reception staff were efficient and friendly. Angie did a professional cleaning and also was friendly. Dr. Hill's exam was immediately after the cleaning by the hygienist and his communication was excellent.
Dr Hill & his staff are so great. I have been going to this office for quite a few years now and have never had a bad experience. Dr Hill doesn’t try to sell you a bill of goods like many dentists do. Today I had my teeth cleaned and they found two cavities. Dr Hill explained what needed to be done and I will have it taken care of next week. Easy and straightforward. Exactly how I want it to be done.
