My wife and I are first time homeowners and this whole process was new to us. Ester was a tremendous help guiding us step by step on what to do and thoroughly explaining everything we had to do on our end to ensure a smooth process! Our mitigation guy, Van, did a wonderful job answering all of our questions and helping us get things started. We were already mentally exhausted and stressed about having to go through this in the first place, but disaster services put our mind to ease and were with us step by step to ensure a smooth experience.

I cannot thank this place enough! Having a flood in your home is already so stressful, but these guys really helped us figure things out! Ester helped walked us through the process of dealing with insurance etc. Van was our mitigation guy & he was so personable, yet professional. We felt comfortable having him in our home. He did an excellent job, was thorough & quick! Thank you guys for helping us clean up the mess & get our kitchen prepped for repairs.
