Was having issues with a water softener that I bought from another company and I called around to see if anyone else could help since the initial seller wasn't getting back to me. Despite not selling me the unit Tom walked me through troubleshooting and correcting the settings over the phone. Tom was very friendly, kind, and patient. He was able to immediately diagnose and correct the issue. My biggest regret was not purchasing a unit from this company beforehand but they will have my services going forward. Can't recommend them enough.

We had Tom out to our new home to install reverse osmosis system he was on time , very very friendly and fast installation. He also came out on a Saturday so we could have clean fresh water as we moved into our new home . He also looked at our soft water system and is going to service and repair our new system.

I noticed my water softener was making a noise it never made before. It sounded like if the faucet was on and I could not get it to stop and the unit was unresponsive. I called Clean & Pure Water and Tom walked me through some troubleshooting. When that didn't work he explained how to turn off the valve. He came over and installed a new water softener. Tom was prompt, professional, and fast!! 100% would recommend Clean & Pure Water if you are in the market for a water softener.

Had several items needing attention on a house we purchased. Tom came out the day after we called and then performed the services thoroughly and efficiently. Did clean and flush of instant water heater, repaired and did filter change on RO system and fixed, cleaned and reprogrammed softener.

Amazing company! Tom was very professional and let me know about everything wrong with the RO system. He replaced everything and gave us a great price for the work. We did not have him install our water softener a few years ago, but he was letting me know his prices, and he is by far WAY better than any other companies I had spoken to.
