Jeff and Debbie are just the best. When we met to discuss my expectations, they had done research on the current market and recent sales. Once we set the price, they took excellent photos and listed my house. Ten days later I had a full price offer. After inspection, when minor repairs were needed and I was busy with work, they helped find a handyman to get the work done. They checked in with me every week up to closing to make sure all was well. This was as easy as it could possibly be! I absolutely recommend their services.

Jeff and Debbie made it as simple as possible to sell my mother’s home. I arrived from out of state with the idea that this would be a long, drawn-out process. They came to our first meeting prepared with current records of recent sales in the area, an assessment of the market, and an honest evaluation of the state of the home. They understood the circumstances of the sale and offered good options for selling the house. Communications were excellent, and they were in touch with me every step of the way.
