We truly cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was working with Gary. Coming from out of state, we were nervous to pick a home based on photos, but Gary went into every house we were interested in and took detailed videos for us of the home and even explained the neighborhood. As first-time homebuyers, the stress of navigating unfamiliar territory and finding the perfect home can be overwhelming. Fortunately, Gary and Kristy made the process much smoother. Their friendly demeanor and extensive knowledge put us at ease. They provided valuable resources, especially since we were unsure where to begin. As a first time homebuyer, you can imagine the stress you'll encounter from being unfamiliar of information to finding the perfect home. Gary and Kristy are very friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. They provided us resources that truly helped since we didn’t know where to start! They listened, were very responsive, went out of their way for home viewings far from Queen Creek, the list goes on.
