I was in excruciating pain and I was refused help because I owed a small amount or money. I didn’t have the money at that moment, so the clerk told me to come back when I did. I am disappointed, angry and frustrated with the greed of this clinic. I will never go back again, I suggest to everyone to go to a different clinic if you want to be treated ethically.

Worst service ever. Slow, unresponsive and no co-ordination. Charge 200$ just to sign medical I693 without blood work. Expect you to travel again and again instead of having 1 appointment to finish all forms at once. They don't have a proper way to check vaccine immunizations and records. They need to hire educated doctors and medical staff instead of high school graduates who can't explain the process.

Dr Semnani is amazing! She's been my primary for over 2 years and I have had morning but great care from her. The girls at the front desk are always helpful especially Vicky and Lucero. The place is always immaculately clean and there's plenty of parking and handicap parking all around. Great atmosphere that makes you feel safe. They have lots of healthy information available in the various suites and also in the foyer. With various healthy activities throughout the year. Best healthcare this side of the border 😄 by far.

Had a terrible experience with a nurse practitioner after the 1st appointment I had. It was good the 1st appointment then the following appointments she never showed up. I had to request her to see me. Yes absurd right? I understand she has students that can practice on patients but at least tell your patients before hand. Nevertheless I changed to a Dr. who I could trust and found Dr. Semnani. Her team and her are amazing!! I know its my experience and everyone is different but in my time attending her office I felt safe, seen, my questions were answered, staff was informative, and dedicated to the patients health. It feels good to know she cares, and goes beyond just a white lab coat to make you feel like a patient that deserves care and respect. Hope medical mall sees what a gem she and her team are.

Had a scheduled appointment for healthcare issue. Was seen by an FNP. Needed to have a small section of A paper filled out for insurance reasons. The FNP states she could not fill it out, it needs to be an MD, even though she is the one that saw me.They sent the paperwork to their MD (my guess, the one that works above the FNP) and she states she cannot fill it out either.So I was seen by this organization, they are ok with taking money, but they cannot fill out a small section of paper in order to help out with insurance?This even after having to call for several days and each day no one knowing what was I talking about.

Beautiful facility with very great patient support, I just love going here. Not only that, but who can take their eyes off the Starbucks lol. As I mentioned before, it is a great facility both in and out, not only through its beauty, but through their medical team as well.

This surgery center canceled my surgery the day before my scheduled time. I had made an appointment 2 months prior and they should have reviewed my case sooner and I could have made other arrangements. This was for a cancer related surgery, now I've got to find another facility to have my procedure done at.
