So very pleased with the service we received from Chauncy from Precision Air!!! Our heater was having issues and not turning on. It was forcasted it was going to snow and be cold for about a week. Chauncy showed up the same day we called for service. He arrived with a smile and solution for our problem! He wasn't even worried that we were on quarantine because we had an active Covid house. He immediately identified the problem, ordered the part. He rerouted something so we could have heat in the meantime while waiting for the part! When the part came in he came back over and fixed the heater!!! We sure love these guys!!! Definitely top notch!!!!
