We had to replace our old AC. After getting bids from several local companies we decided on B&D, and I'm glad we did. Our contact was Brandon Flowers who was easy to work with and highly informative and professional at every step. He did something the other companies did not. He took the time to actually measure the house and do the calculations to determine what size AC we needed. It turned out our old AC was oversized so Brandon was able to install a four ton instead of just automatically replacing the five ton. Daniel was very professional he returned my call in a timely manner considering it was Saturday he diagnosed part of the problem over the phone and arrived prepared with the part.
