We are full-time RVers and our 2011 F250 with 6.7 PowerStroke broke down (original intercooler tube decided to blow apart while going up a hill!) east of Peridot, Arizona. My daughter and I had dropped my husband off on Mt. Graham for a weekend hike and we were to pick him back up on Sunday. Our car broke down on Friday first with a dead battery. It would not take a jump, so we replaced it (with borrowed "tools"-pliers- because my husband had accidentally left our car toolbox at home). Saturday morning we woke up to a dead car again. Eric was fantastic. We were travelling from Utah and had our Honda Pilot have a really weird sound. He diagnosed it to the timing belt tensioner. He had the parts. Very reasonable pricing and he had it up and back on the road in less than 3 days. Saved our trip and we got back to Utah without a hitch. Really appreciate the attention to detail. Way better than the big shops that really do not care.
