Mike and his team saved me when my AC finally died and was without air for almost 4 days. I had originally gone with another company, but they did not have the unit in stock and told me it could be another month. I called and Mike and not only was he able to beat the previous estimate, they could also install the next day. I can't believe how easy it was! I should have called True North to begin with when my unit from 1982 was starting to die. Everyone I interacted with at True North was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. There’s a reason Mike and the True North team have only 5 star reviews, the customer service was maybe the best I’ve had dealing with any business! Mike and all his technicians were honest and fair, helping us get through an AC issue the day of hosting a party, then installing an entire new AC system the days later. True North is the definition of customer service. It starts in the office and it’s extended to all their employees in the field. Our A/C went out on a Thursday night and Mike and two of his crew members came to our house on Friday after completing a job in Prescott Valley to help us out. Mike went above and beyond in assisting us in a temporary cooling solution until a unit could be installed. If you’re looking for a good A/C contractor you need not look any further. I have already recommended him to one of my friends.
